Role-Based Access Control
Practitioners only gain read/write authority for active patients in their consulting queue. The administrator cannot view raw medical chart entries, preventing internal data leaks.
Patient Wallet Isolation
In compliance with POPIA, patient mobile wallets store tokens instead of raw clinical data logs. Patients hold keys to allow or restrict record lookups by doctors.

In accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), JSK Healthcare implements structural safeguards to verify that clinical records are collected, handled, and processed lawfully:
- Purpose Specification: Clinical datasets are mapped exclusively to secure diagnostics and Medikredit billing routers.
- Processing Limitation: Citizen data lookups require explicit Mobile OTP validations or wallet authentication keys.
